Inspirational Matters - Wanderings of the Mental Soul
Lately, I've been finding myself stuck on writing. And I know it's not a writer's block. I can write perfectly fine, the ideas are all there and so is the rawness of it. But I find myself lacking inspiration. I want to write about something that's important, that we can relate to. Like those kind of stories where every single thing about it just tugs at your heart strings. That the characters are there, and very much real. Not just some 2-dimensional person that doesn't exist beyond words on a page. I want to write about an event, a person, a life, just something that matters. I've had an onslaught of ideas, but still. I want to hear what the public has to say about it. I want a cast of characters, people that are connected in any convoluted way. I want a setting that strikes the home front for any reader. And I want an event that changes everyone's lives. Combined together, I want to write something that everyone will remember. I want to write something that was worth every ounce of energy and time that was put into it. Even if it was just a simple smile, or bawling tears, I want to write something that matters. So I'm turning to you. In my times of desperate need to get all my emotional anxiety out, I want you to help me write something that will forever change the lives of people everywhere. No matter how different or the same they are. I promise due credit will be given and every single post will be greatly appreciated.
