Sheldon&Penny are my favorites of the show, they are hilarious together! And I love how comfortable they are now with each other, and how Penny is no longer restraining herself to moke him openly!
Ahhh Castle. I totally understand your point of view, because I would like to see that happening on screen too, but with Castle&Beckett, I don't know. Stretching things up more would be better in my opinion. It's a great show, that has a great potential, great writting... great everything actually, it's nearly perfect! And I wouldn't want it to become boring or anything like it while them being together. Which would blow up everything.
I watch Cougar Town, and they're having the main character in a relationship, and it's quite boring now. In House it took me some time too. But I've seen shows where it's great, like in Farscape, or Battlestar Galactica, or even in The X files. I guess it's all about doing things right, and I really hope Castle won't blow it up, because it is really, really good! :)
