3 things distressed me tonight:
1) No Jeff in Coupling Series 4,
2) Coupling Series 4 has been and gone on BBC 3 and i'm only just catching it on BBC2,
3) I enjoyed 2 Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps more than Coupling Series 4.
I think point 1 was the worst, Jeff leaving Coupling is like loosing a family member, its just not the same anymore. I'm not just attributing Series 4 starting off poorly with Jeff's leaving but its fairly possible that it's the cause. That and the fact that the replacement - oliver - is such a blatant attempt at a Jeff replacement. If your gonna replace a main character the worst thing to do is make it totally obvious how poor the replacement is by making their character too similar to the original.
Just another case of life being shit. I was so pleased that Series 4 was starting tonight and its just a disappointment its not as good as before.
