Apparently I was like James Joyce, which confused me slightly. I mean, I like Joyce, but I don't think I write in his choppy, impressionistic, stream-of consciousness style.

Hmm... I'm not too sure we should be so confident of the abilities of an analysis engine which thinks that sonnet was by Dickens.

I hope I don't actually have sex like an H.P. Lovecraft novel. That would be worrying.

I don't think a discussion of HP Lovecraft and sex would be 100% ideal for lunch.

So I saw (on someone else's journal I think). I bet I could tell your writing from his if I had a few paragraphs to look at.

I'd like to think so - I mean he never wrote about Daniel O'Donnell salt and pepper sets and Steven Seagal and Lady Diane.

I'm beginning to suspect it's just randomised and is proving to be the hit of the day for no other reason than blatant flattery... (telling endless yawnsome bloggers that they write like Tolstoy or James Joyce is a guaranteed way to up your hit rate)

Actually that's probably not far off... all gung-ho and jolly English.
(hmmm, I still suspect it's a bit random though)

I keep getting Dan Brown. I feel soiled.

Maybe you really write like the O2 Broadband terms and conditions but Dan Brown is the nearest it could find?
