First day at work:
140 Broadway, 78th floor.
Longest elevator ride ever. Get to the top look out the window, look down and see a giant pit. The woman at the front desk says, "that's where the twin towers were". I spend the rest of the day imagining what it would have been like to be in that neighboring building on 9/11.

when I got off the plane and I caught a cab into the city the first thing i thought was, "please please please be cash cab oh my god oh my god please be cash cab please be cash cab" and yes I will call you haha.
