Sanguine Beauty
The ivy, which until about a week ago was bright green, has become as red as blood and my building appears to be bleeding [especially at sunset]. It's like a MIRACLE! But it also reminds me of aliens.
Has anyone seen the movie [or read the book] "Dreamcatcher" by Stephen King? Well, the aliens leave this kind of mold or algae that grows on everything and infects everything and it is red and grow-y like the ivy on my building. Kinda scary.
I mean, ivy creeps me out enough already- I have a strange fear of ivy growing all over me and smothering me. The fact that it looks just like hostile alien organisms doesn't help assuage my fears.
