Yay, Snow Day!
I'd usually be getting ready for work right now, except that we've had 17+ inches fall in the last 24 hours (Spokane county). I live on a dirt road that only gets plowed if the school buses are running, and the schools are closed today. My car's buried up past the wheels, I can't get out of my driveway, wouldn't be able to get down the road, and wouldn't be able to get down the road connecting to that..unless I hike, and that's not going to happen. :>
Work (Walmart..ugh) is still open, because there are probably people dumb enough to try and shop in this weather. When I called in, I didn't even have to talk with management. I merely told the lady answering phones and she said she'd add my name to the list. "There's a list?!" So at least I'm not the only one calling in.
So, anyway, I'm staying home and going to be shoveling somewhat, but I'll be around if anyone wants to talk.
