One of my mother's cancer-ridden lymph nodes magically disappeared. :O And by magically, I mean without surgery. Could it be one of the experimental cancer treatment drugs she's on? Perhaps it's the "placebo effect"? Or it could be nothing short of a miracle. Either way, the fact remains it's one less hurdle for her to overcome.
In other news, I is still a bwoke kitteh. I haven't worked in like four weeks now, I have somewhere around 5 bucks in my account, and I can't seem to find a decent job anywhere else. :/ Even if I was making money there's not much else left to spend it on since they closed the arcade until the new company named "Tilt" moves in. Supposedly they have Initial D Arcade Stage 4, Wangan Midnight 3, and some other neat stuff. I just hope they don't end up selling our V3 machines or anything, but if they do I'll settle for V4 anyways. It's a complete revamp of the game (and now you can actually drift!) with features like a hard plastic, license-type card that resembles a Max Tune card instead of the flimsy paper/magnetic ones that store up to 3 cars, as well as a few new courses and refined old favorites, and two new cars: the recent Lan Evo IX and new Impreza WRX STi. However, there are a few parts Sega could have worked on before releasing it such as the new online battle system being relegated to only Japan, the removal of Bunta Challenge as well as a great number of cars from V3 like the MR-S and ER34 and some favorite courses like Shomaru, Happogahara, and Tsuchisaka. The new-and-improved release of V4 is supposed to have old favorites put back in: namely the RX-8, Altezza, and a new Mazda Eunos Miata/Eunos Roadster as well as some yet-to-be-named courses. My guesses would be Shin Usui, Momiji Lane, and possibly the capacity to race on all courses in the snow.
