Pressure points are fascinating things. They can be used to inflict massive amounts of pain and damage to the body without leaving any evidence marks.

There are three types of pressure points on the human body: pain points, muscle control points, and reflex points. When the three are used in tandem, there are a variety of interesting effects one can produce. Among the more notable are convulsions, uncontrollable muscle contractions, temporary or permanent paralysis, loss of consciousness, organ system disruption/malfunction, or even death. Additionally. parts of the body can be either anesthetized or made hypersensitive. In addition to the specific locations, an optimum level of pressure is also essential to achieve an ideal result.

Physical uffering can be tailored to be either prolonged or brief, but it is the mental trauma that is perhaps the most fascinating part of this whole affair. Indeed. the most efficient and effective forms of torture take full advantage of the sway that the mind holds over the body. Although the actual sensation of pain is soon forgotten, the memories of fear and suffering remain burned into the nerve endings of victims often for the rest of their lives.

In my experience, I have found these means to be quite effective. Although the legality of such practices is often called into question, the efficiency and impact of them is undeniable. Suffering- so outrightly rejected by the  majority- is a potent tool with paramount capabilities for enciting change and improvement.
