Job Extension - possible 2 months

I'm not sure what I think about staying here another 2 months. They've extended my stay here 3 times already. It's really not so much that I mind staying. It's more that I keep having to anticipate a departure and it's taking me on an emotional rollar coaster. I'll miss the people, of course, but I will definately not miss this job. Well, thank you. =) I'm glad that you haven't quite forgotten my face yet. I think that is why I like myspace - photos included. It's always good to look and see who has changed how. What color is her hair now? Wow, she's got a kid!? Anyway, good to hear from you!

I can't quite remember if I remembered to email you or not regarding your last phone call? I was going to, but am not sure if my intentions made it to my fingers. Anyway, when you called the last time I was home sick and didn't get your message until I was in bed about ready to drift off to dream-land for the night. =( It would have been good to catch up a bit.

And yes, extreme frustration on the job front. At first, I was extremely displeased because the higher-ups were leaving me in a lurch and, I felt, holding me by a very small thread of respect. However, they have since apologized over and over for stringing me along and have thanked me profusely for being flexible and willing to help out. I suppose that is what I'm doing after-all, since it is by my own grace that I didn't quit right when they told me they weren't offering me my job anymore.

Anyway, I hope you had a great Christmas too. Linda, of course, baked and baked and cooked anything and everything we wanted or didn't want and now I'm afraid I'll have to South Beach my way back down another 5 pounds. That is, after all the caramel and fudge she made are gone. Wouldn't want to spoil those little goodies by not eating them. =)
