Nothing at all!
So, my friend Bj is on her own in a cpl weeks when she goes to Ann Arbor for her heart check up....w/school events and my "monoboy" i cant go...bummer cuz i usually go w/her.
Most of my friends are on a diet now....best of luck to all of them! Remember losing weight slowly will help to prevent it from all coming back. Slow and steady wins the race and defeats the 'fat bug'.
My adult son thinks hes gonna stay in the nonheated camper all winter but i put my foot down last night and told him it wasnt gonna happen he was going to sleep in the heated house. He plans on rearranging things in the house for me so we can have more room in the house...it will be much worse b4 it gets better cuz we have floors to repair. When he starts getting a pay check hes gonna start fixing the floors....hes a good man. (teary eyed cuz my babies a man now)
