Kaoru Miki would like an opportunity to become our new steward. Despite his early age, he shows plenty potential and past qualifications to learn how to carry out the tasks if given time.
Admittedly, Mr. Kaoru wouldn't be my first or second choice if I were home, but the City is rather short of mature Englishmen to take up this post. Don't frighten the boy, Alucard. He's barely a year older than I was when we met and he looks very impressionable.
I have also enrolled one worker within business of building construction. I am aware this isn't enough to build our headquarters and yet is all I could find to this date. Would you want to try and give me a hand in this chore, Captain or give Mr. Kaoru directions when he enters to my employ? The flats are not homely enough. How I miss my Mansion. We will celebrate our second Christmas soon... Rather bleak outlook for our future.
Hm. Before I forget, those rumours spreading about the polluted water supplies could be very well unfounded. I drank my tea as everyday yesterday and this morning and I don't feel under the weather in the very least. Proceed with caution regardless of my fortunate experience; even if only handful of us drink something other than blood.
