Edit to add: At this point (2:40pm) I've resorted to occasionally yelling "AAAAAAAH" as a futile attempt to forcibly expel the crushing weight of anticipation and dread.

Nothing yet. I decided to hold off my email until tomorrow after my marketing class. I have a marketing final to finish for noon tomorrow anyway which will keep me up all night. I have to find out tomorrow because my other offer expires on Friday and I want to let them know either way.

Today has just sucked. Though I've actually been more productive than usual.
