The Butler did it in the pantry with a bottle of port and a hunk of roast beast

Poll The Butler did it....

So TV Land had a 48 hour Benson marathon on this weekend and I had forgotten that that was one of the TV shows besides the Muppet Show and Mork & Mindy that I liked and was allowed to watch as a kidlet. Ah, but Benson is a spinoff from Soap and...who didn't love Soap?!

Gods, I'm old! *weepts*

I suppose Jeeves can't be considered a butler since he's more of a gentleman's gentleman. *shrug* Still, it would have been death deciding between my newfound adoration of Jeeves and my remembered fondness for Benson. :p

There is no way I could pit Jeeves against Benson! Maybe they can tag team someone else!

As long as you don't do Jeeves vs. Wooster as my heart would cry.

Or OMG not Wooster vs. House! *weepts* It would BREAK ME!

Er...I'm easily broken but...*breaks!*

I love Wooster vs. House! hahahahahahahahaha

Jeeves would have to go up against someone really messy or maybe just some lint. Hahahahahahaha Jeeves vs. Paris Hilton!

You'd do Wooster vs. House just to melt my brain. I can see it now. :( *tear*

Though yes, it would be hard. House is certainly more aggressive and smart and mean, but Wooster has that effervescent charm and...well...Jeeves on his side! And he's also sometimes not dumb!

Hmmm....difficult.

Jeeves would probably lose consciousness if ever faced with anything as vile and uncouth as Paris Hilton.

No! Jeeves is indomitable! He would steam roll her. He could talk Paris Hilton into a convent.

Oh please. Jeeves gets all wobbly at things that overwhelm his sensibilities. He's adorable that way.

He does not get wobbly! He turns his nose up but he always manages to triumph! I must use many !!!!!!!!!

He does SO get wobbly! I remember it made me giggle when Wooster had to hold him up and rush him away from the uncouth atrocities!

Of course he DID recover quickly. :p

But it's CANON (at least TV canon). You can't deny CANON!

Or maybe you can....Potterdom is quite good at training one to do so. :p
