Sorry it's been so long, everyone! I've been a little busy with research, not to mention trying to repair the room without alchemy. After going home for so long, it's been taking me a little longer to get back into the swing of doing things with the chip in.
OH! Latvia! I heard about Russia, are you alright?! I'm so sorry I haven't dropped by, I've just gotten so caught up lately!
So... question. What sorts of magic can people do here? Are there any limits to what you can do?

I've been looking to see if there was anything similar to rentanjutsu, since there wasn't anything the last time I checked about the sorts of technology used to revive people here. It probably would've helped if the history section was still in tact, but what can you do? So far, nothing. I've heard several people mention a place called "China" though, which seems to be their worlds' equivalent to Xing. Maybe they'll be able to help!
In the mean time, I'm going to ask about magic. I know we lost our bodies to science, and I know you don't believe in miracles, but... equivalent exchange doesn't apply here. It's worth a shot. At worst, I'll learn to levitate things, and who wouldn't want to learn that?! I could fly!
...This is going to seem awful, but. I almost wish Walter were still here so I could ask him what he exchanged for my soul. He opened the Doors, Ed. If he could do it, so can we, but he never shared anything with me on how he did it. He never told me just how he gave me the body he did or if that's the body I'll return to, but... ah, nevermind. Just a little frustrated after all this looking! I wish I could sleep it off.
