Happy Mother's Day.
...Well. No use being morose over it. It's not a big holiday, but it would've been nice to at least put some fresh flowers on her grave.
Erm. Anyway! Is anyone interested in teaching languages? I've been here a long time and I can barely understand half the city. I promise, I can do work in exchange for lessons! I'm really good at

[[ooc: you know, I suspect that if an Izumi ever showed up here, she and Susan would get on like a house on fire. (Or they'd end up killing each other...XD)]]

[ooc: They'd do the latter, then the former. Meanwhile the Elrics would weep inside.]

[sigh] Well. At the very least, you'll need to pick a language. Unfortunately, from what I've gathered the languages spoken in my world are known by different names in other worlds, so determining exactly which languages you are interested in could be a problem. But, so far I've gathered that a few of the languages I speak are known as "Chinese", "German", and "English" in most worlds - but seeing as you are already talking to me in that language, I can see you won't be interested in learning it. I've also see evidence of Brindisian and Quirmian being spoken, but as yet I have not been able to determine what name they are typically known by.
[with a slight tinge of sarcasm] Of course, I could always just spout out excerpts from all the languages I speak and you could point and tell me which one you want to learn. But that would same some time.
[[ooc: fff probably! Also, I keep looking at Susan's ( ... )

I'm afraid the only other one I recognize is Chinese, which would be the equivalent to Xingese on my world. That would be useful to learn, since I have several friends from Xing! And then maybe I could learn more about Xingese alchemy.
...E-erm. That's alright. I-I'll just. Pick Chinese. Or let you pick. Um. Whichever.
[ooc: ...The idea of Al speaking Welsh is endlessly appealing to me AND I'M NOT SURE WHY. And omg speakign Dwarvish to Ed alkejr;awly;hrlr;wajvafl AND ED WOULDN'T GET IT UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE.]

Very well. I will teach you Chinese. Or, "Agatean", as it is known in my world. When would you like your lessons? You should know, I am not available from 9pm to 3pm Mondays to Fridays. I'm teaching the children then, and their education must take precedence, of course.
Alchemy?
...are you by any chance from Edward Elric's world?
[[ooc: Because Al + Welsh = PURE AWESOME. (Maybe we should see if we can find a way from him to learn it anyway? XD) And yes, I think if Susan ever learns of Ed's height-insecurities, she would totally start making little remarks in Dwarvish every now and then. XDDD]]

Agatean... ah, thank you! Um, I help to train a girl in the morning, so, um, any time you're free in the afternoon?
I'm Edward's younger brother, Alphonse!
[ooc: I totally guess when Miranda's training is IF I'M WRONG LEMME KNOW orz. (yes plz omg. If he does well with Chinese or just gives up in dismay, WE MOVE ON TO WELSH!) Okay, now Al has to let it slip that Ed's sensitive about his height XDD]

I see. I don't suppose you also helped out with the rebuilding of the elementary school?
[[ooc: I don't think we ever figured that out specifically SO WHY NOT. I think it's something like...two or three days a week, right? And I guess there'd be a little time for Miranda to teach Al German...though I suppose they an also to that while training! (Miranda: *talks to Al in German while trying to punch him*)
AND WE'LL FIND A WAY. SOMEONE. Maybe she can...somehow end up taking about Imp y Celyn and how he was from Llamedos...XD]]

Um. Y-yes? Someone had to keep brother from making all those gargoyles.
[ooc: Yeah, two or three times a week XD lol omg AND GERMAN SOUNDS LIKE SUCH AN ANGRY LANGUAGE. Al will be like "...just yell in your language and that'll be a good scare tactic :|"
There is a way and we will find it.]

...so that's why the inside of the cleaner's closet looks like it's been decorated by a Uberwaldean vampire who's been deprived of their traditional ornamentation.
[[ooc: sounds good! and fffff, the image of Miranda just yelling random German phrases at people why she tries to fight them with martial arts...*brb, falling over with laughter*
Yes! Alphonse must learn Welsh. Somehow. Even if I have to get Susan to just randomly decide to...I don't know, quote something in Llamedian one day on her journal. Or, we can just have Alphonse learn Chinese SO AMAZINGLY FAST (after all, if you combine child genius Al with super-teacher Susan, surely INSTANT LEARNING is the result!) that he immediately wants to learn another language! And Susan, wanting to challenge him says, alright, LETS SEE HOW YOU LEARN WELSH, YOU FREAKISH ARMOUR-CHILD. After all, I believe Welsh is very difficult to learn. SO...YEAH.)
...on a more rational note, how often do you want to have Susan and Al's lessons?]]
