Had essay review meeting last night and discovered that I have to write the last third and the two thirds I have written needs re-written so thankfully
mz_pink has provided a meme so I can ignore it for a little while longer :-)
1. What bill do you hate paying the most?
Council Tax probably cos it is the most visible tax and isn’t hidden among a load of other costs.
2. Where was the last place you had a romantic dinner?
The only dinner I can think of, romantic or otherwise, is a vague recollection of a dinner somewhere near Aylesbury with my (now) ex-missus about ten years ago
3. Do you regret losing your virginity, and who you lost it to?
Nope. Pretty groovy thang went on and, naturally, it was in a castle to add to the fun :-)
4. If you could go back and change one thing what would it be?
hmmm- a large part of the last year in many ways but who knows if that would life any better or worse?
5. Name of your first teacher?
Can’t remember
6. What do you really want to be doing right now?

7. What did you want to be when you were growing up?
Never had any idea, still don’t
8. How many colleges did you attend?
Three, and around eight schools before that (and two of those twice!).
9. Why did you choose the shirt that you have on right now?
Not wearing clothes outdoors gets you arrested and it was nearest to me on the floor
10. What are your thoughts on gas prices?
Not a huge problem for me- I had a van for about five months and it was the most cash draining thing I have ever owned.
11. If you could move anywhere and take someone with you where would it be?
I’d stay in Edinburgh. I would bring my brother up here to see him more often and dick about together more
12. First thought when the alarm went off this morning?
”Must not miss train!”
13. Last thought before going to sleep last night?
”This sofa is very uncomfortable”
14. Do you miss being a child?
Not hugely. It was great ‘til 16, went downhill and didn’t pick up ‘til I was 25-6 when I had a fantastic time then went downhill again to a "meh" plateau punctuated with moments of joy
15. Who is the last person you had an argument with?
Probably my mum last summer over something tiny and irrelevant-notable only because it is a rarity
16. What errand/chore do you despise?
None really- I like ironing and washing up
17. If you didn't have to work, would you volunteer?
Yes- I know cos I do when I can. Not working and having nowt else to do is very, very boring unless you know other people who don’t need to work either to fill in the days.
18. Get up early or sleep in?
Sleep in.
19. What is your favourite cartoon character?
Spongebob Squarepants
20. Favourite thing to do at night with a girl/guy?
Get into their mind
21. Have you found real love yet?
How would I know? If I have to ask have I ever been there?

Drink, hit people, ride, shoot things- the ususal
24. Your favourite lunch meat?
erm- I eat tuna a lot does that count?
25. What do you get every time you go into Costco?
Food from my local equivalent- more of a Lidl kinda guy
26. Beach or lake?
Lake
27. Do you think marriage is an outdated ritual?
Nope, as a concept maybe but I easily swayed either way
28. Do you own property?
Nope-well lots of books, some nice suits but no bricks and mortar
29. Favourite Guilty pleasures?
Cake, chocolate, chocolate cake, ginger cake and custard, battenberg cake
30. Favourite movie you wouldn't want anyone to find out about?
It wouldn’t be a secret if I put it here. I can’t watch “Jack and Sarah” or “Priscilla: QOTD” in company as I always seem to get something in my eye ;-)

Tea, Guinness, Sambuca on occasion

Cowboys
33. Cops or Robbers?
Cops.
34. Who from high school would you like to run in to?
None of them-‘tis why I resist Facebook
35. What radio station is your radio tuned to right now?
Radio 4- there are other radio stations? The idea intrigues me. Why are there other radio stations?

Norm

The Office cos I never saw Grey’s but neither really
38. Worst relationship mistake that you wish you could take back?
Taking too long to split up with the ex and htings festering as a result
39. Do you like the person that sits directly across from you at work?
No work, no desk. When I do work I don't have a desk.
40. What famous person would you like to have dinner with?

41. Indoors or Outdoors?
Depends what I am doing
42. Have you ever crashed your vehicle?
Yep- brakes failed on a very wet motorway and had to use the crash barrier and the car in front to slow down and get to the hard shoulder
43. Have you ever had to use a fire extinguisher for its intended purpose?
Nope- but I am trained in their use and once developed a nice martial arts system for their use in a pub fight as an interesting thought exercise
44. Last book you read?
Day Watch- finished it this morning. Lots of other books for school too.
45. Do you have a teddy bear?
Yes. A limited edition Peter “Bully” Bull bear that is the last of my massive collection as a child.
46. Strangest place you have ever brushed your teeth?
Wales
47. Somewhere in California you've never been and would like to go?
I have little desire to go to any of California-maybe to see some chums in the SF area

When required by duty, sometimes by choice
49. At this point in your life would you rather start a new career or a new relationship?
New career is faltering so I'll go for the relationship for novelty's sake
