WHO: The St. Edelweiss Staff and their Patient Dates~
WHAT: The ball.
WHERE: The Courtyard.
WHEN: Day Seven, evening
EVENT - THE BALL
Courtyard.
The Courtyard was, more or less, all decked out for the spectacular evening that was going to transpire. Everything was in place. Various fabrics were hung about the room to give the air a more festive, decorative feel, and classical music wafted through the air to inspire ballroom style dancing. Each couple was going to be expected to dance at least once~ oh, they did not know this yet, but they would soon enough, speakers set up all around the room, but cut off from the patients still in their cells.
A few tables lined one area of the courtyard, fully covered in food of seemingly every culture, laid out only in the most perfect way, as fitted to such a beautiful room. Water was trickling from the fountain, and the birdcage in the center of the room had, among it's dove companions, a beautiful peacock as well, only too pleased to display his feathers.
A few well-dressed men who looked to be butlers were roaming the room; asking occasionally pausing here and there to offer an hors d'œuvres or a glass of champagne to a gentlemen or lady, or asking if they should, perhaps, be needing anything in order to make their evening just the tiniest bit more pleasant.
All of the attendees seemed to be in marvelous period-style clothing, and having a grand time, including the guards stationed at all of the doors, inside and outside both, to keep anyone from getting in or out.
Of course, one never really knew from the outside looking in. That sort of thing always needed some closer inspection~

• Patients not invited are free to do whatever they wish while the ball is going on; patients and staff are not to use the intercom during this event, however.
• At about midnight, the intercom will sound out that all couples are required to dance at least once. You may either assume this happened, or you may play it out, if you are looking for something to thread about.
• Staff and Patients both will find, very quickly, that they are completely unable to leave/sneak out/etc. All entrances are blocked by guards.
• Please add your own tags as your characters arrive.
• Feel free to IM either Cho [ie chevalier] or Tam [discocheerleader] with any questions, etc. if you need help.]
