Summary: Fact: Red hair looks funny when it's standing on end from electric shocks.

"Bring him in here."
Even with a guard behind him to do the work, Seimei found this whole task to be a trial. Marching down to the patients' cells, supervising as his guard forced the victim of the evening into compliance, clacking the lengths of the halls back to the treatment ward -- all burnt time in his book, all almost as bad as that report he'd had to pen out, beforehand. And so Seimei was looking even cooler than usual, when he swung the door to St. Edelweiss' electroshock therapy room open and waved the security worker and their "guest" after him. That fixed placidity of his, which kept his expression locked into a calm almost-smile, was wrenched on especially tight.
He was frustrated.
"Good evening, doctor. I'm here with Gillan." Still, he sounded so polite, when he made his entrance, cheery and ready to help. Upbeat in a way that didn't reach his eyes or the curve of his lips, especially not when he looked back at the red-head that the guard was carting along. His gaze fixed on the young man, but, when he spoke, it was towards the guard. "You can wait outside. We'll handle him from here. I'm sure he's feeling more cooperative by now."
Black locks shook across the teen's ears and neck some as he bent his head into a nod, watching the guard release Lavi's arms and shoulders, watching him open the door and back out of it. With that done, the proper, next step might have been to turn to Huey, to see how far along he was in setting up, and to ask for his instructions. Instead, Seimei's attention stayed on the patient. His two eyes didn't waver from Lavi's one.
"You're feeling cooperative, now, Gillan."
His tone did not suggest that this might be a question, not for an instant.
