Summary: vK, Himeko, and Natsume all visit in Natsume's room to compare notes... literally
DAY/NIGHT & Time: Sometime during the daytime

As von Karma approached the room bearing the number "42" on the third floor, he idly fingered the small scrap of paper in his pocket that he had found during the clean-up task in the courtyard. Once away from the blasted -- and disturbingly overly familiar -- guard, he had taken the time to examine it. Though the scrap was old and tattered, he could still make out some writing upon it that was legible enough to read:
"Patient must remain under permanent observation by security & nursing staff. Must be kept in isolation. -"
...What could this possibly mean? To which patient was this referring? ...Was it perhaps a clue that could aid him in escaping this miserable place and eventually bringing charges against it?
Thus, when two other patients who had assisted in the clean-up efforts had mentioned "finding something," he knew he needed to speak to them, to determine whether they had made similar discoveries. They both seemed pleasant and cooperative enough, so he arranged to meet with them. Unfortunately, no thanks to the previous day's... events, their meeting was postponed until now.
There was the boy's room. Room 42. Briskly, he rapped against the door and called out, "Mr. Natsume. It is I, Manfred von Karma. I have just arrived. If you are available, please allow me to enter." As he awaited the response, he removed his hand from his pocket to fold his arms in his usual commanding pose, looking around the hallway for potential eavesdroppers and meddlers.
