Voldemort had been disgusted, to say the least, when the announcement for the ball had been made. He had no time for such frivolity, not when there were duties to be carried out. Therefore, it was with some satisfaction that he drew Himeko's file from the others, mulling through his mind a treatment that would best suit Chikane's professed 'beloved'.
Patiently he waited for Eric to arrive with the girl in tow, once again having prepared his office to best suit his patient's requirements. This time, an amount of wire had been secured to the ceiling panels, placed there by magic, the other ends dangling around a single chair in the centre of the room. He would probe the young woman's mind until he saw the edges form, and let them dangle there until the girl broke them herself. It would be interesting to see what she would be willing to endure...even at the hands of her beloved.
