[The scream, long, howling, and echoing, comes in a man's voice, accompanied by a series of harsh crashes that continue on well after the cry has stopped. When those come to an end, the speaker erupts in a sudden babble of distant voices.]

Get him up! See if he can stand and get him -
Security, get someone else down here!
[The last order seems to silence the rest, at least enough to hold the noise coming over the intercom to unintelligible whispers.
In the auditorium, any observent patients might notice that the same order has sent the guards at the door hurrying off down the hallway, away from the room. Only the nurse and one tired-looking security officer sitting near the wall are left to keep watch.]
