[Whether you are new or long-time patients, whether you are harmless or dangerous, cooperate or not, you are all quickly outside, led, pushed, or pulled down the hallways, and gathered in the auditorium. If you ask questions, there are no answers; the guards only urge you on, until the room is full of you.
On the stage, one of the doctors is waiting, flanked by two nurses, all of them still in their full medical gowns, with surgical masks covering their mouths and noses. Accompanying them are those doctors and assistants you may know a little better - the ones who, as some of you might remember, used to do your therapies and did not mysteriously disappear until now. The doctor in charge is a thin, lanky man from what you can see, but his face is impossible to make out in the dim light - the only thing you can see is his flashing eyes while he paces over the stage, a list in his hand, waving his hands frantically to accompany his words, restless with excitement or irritation. It may just as well be both of it. But his voice clearly betrays that this is not the doctor you normally hear on the intercom every now and then. Everything he says is accompanied by dramatic gestures.]
Patients, patients, silence! Silence!
[He turns and exchanges a brief word with the nurses, who nod, then turns back at you and taps his finger impatiently against his list.]
Quiet now! Is that everybody? Are they all here now?
Security, pay attention!
[He clears his throat, pacing restlessly again, and then begins reading, in a shrill, loud, but commanding voice.]
