So! What an exciting week it has been.
I hope everyone was safe and warm during the ice storm this past week. I hope none of you had to go to work either. Me? My attending still wouldn't let me off. Blech. I didn't make it that day, and now I get to go car shopping! My lovely BLUE (my Isuzu Rodeo Sport) is sitting completely totalled in a mechanics' shop. KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHN!
Still, I am alive - thank the Lord! - and I can afford a new car. It'll just take me longer to pay off my credit cards. It still sucks though. I was basking in the glow of survival and the cool rental car that I have, and then it hit me....
My sore throat is back. Gah! If it's Strep throat again I am gonna be so pissed! I hope not though. Ah well. I just won't breathe on anybody at the superbowl party tomorrow.
