Howdy all you cool peeps out there. I hope all of you are doing well. I'm groaning because I spent this weekend painting unclesiko 's apartment. Um....yea. It's gonna be awesome when he has everything back in order. I'm sure he's rearranging stuff right now. Or cleaning. Or filtering. Or something.
Things are going pretty well. It's been a good month - lots of down time, which was greatly needed. My diet is going pretty well. I'm cutting back on sweets and portions more than sticking strictly to Southbeach, but I still follow it pretty closely. I weigh again on Wed., so we shall see.
My halloween plans fell through, so it might just be spent at home this year. Ah well, maybe I'll get to hand out some candy for a change. I can't believe they cancelled the Zombie Pub Crawl this year! Dang it. Here's a funny photo to make up for it.
