Y'all what the hell is steampunk

Wow, I was sort of afraid I'd only dreamed about this community last night and it was all some kind of weird delusion. Guess not. So, sketches!

Trial scribble of Russia and a coat of many clocks. He probably just started gluing gears and shit to the pipe because everyone else was doing it and it looked cool. PETER THE GREAT TAUGHT HIM WELL.

Goodness gracious, midnight in Vladivostok already! Time to run around dressed like a Final Fantasy character or something.

Russo-German relations continue to flourish in this AU, I'd like to think.

BOOM HEADSHOTS

1. The flower gadget plays some kind of prissy melody Austria recorded for her when Hungary presses a button somewhere. Prussia thinks that is incredibly gay.
2. Liechtenstein would make a plausible robot country! The territory itself was basically only created for legal reasons because some dudes wanted a seat in the Reichstag. That's kinda robot-y. Naturally Switzerland tricks her out like a crazy living pocket knife once she goes to live with him.
3. England sees FAIRIES through the eyeglass. Fairies, uh, made of METAL. amidoinitrite
4. This isn't really steampunk, I just want to draw Germany in cravats and/or glasses forever and ever.

Hungary again! Every time she fights she rips off half the buttons and Austria stays up ALL NIGHT LONG sewing them back on again. 8(

WAIT GUYS CAN WE TALK ABOUT STEAMPUNK OTTOMAN EMPIRE HOW WOULD THAT PLAY OUT I AM INTRIGUED.
also i made a bulgaria tag. you can get rid of it if you wanna.

I'm thinking Bulgaria's some kind of tunneling guy. Greece probably builds up his navy a whole lot and the Ottoman Empire doesn't get its ass kicked by modern technology quite as badly so maybe Turkey's running around laying down railroads everywhere like a boss, so Bulgaria...hides. And expands his mining industry and stuff since people need metals.

Still a jackass.

The end now you can go look at everyone else's pictures instead hurrah~

germany, turkey, fanart, russia, england, liechtenstein, hungary, bulgaria
