So, Ghost Trick was so hard to find in-store that I eventually posted something on the Capcom site about it. I guess we could get the GT+PW bundle, which is a very reasonable $39.99, except for the shipping to Canada, which is a very unreasonable $23.55.

I eventually decided to nick a copy off Ebay, since if trends continue, the price of the game looks like it's going to skyrocket...
