too much, too soon for you.......
thanksgiving has come and gone. bows took the lappy to LA so i haven't blogged in a while... so much for getting a headstart on our new years resolution (blog more in '09). let's see...
i've spent most of my time with louisa and sarah adams, i feel. spencer brown and buddy jewell.
for thanksgiving i was really depressed, and had to go to work. and felt really alone. but then we ended up painting our faces. and drew hand turkeys. my brother and ashley came up to surprise me as we were getting off work. they brought my mom's homemade cranberry sauce. and stuff to make green bean casserole. then louisa came over and we ate tofurky. then sarah a came over and we headed to drew's for wine and friends and more video blogs. then to OPRY MILLS mall at midnite for BLACK FRIDAY. there was stand-still traffic, license plates from kentucky, girls in pjs, and gems everywhere.
friday louisa and i went so much vintage shopping. and decided to be more authentic. i know everything i want for christmas. then i had to go to work. but i got off at 1am. and managed to make it to see the end of the pink spiders set. me, chelsea maries, and lauren davis were dancing like crazies, and then i went to happy valley for the jensen sportag power sergio release. danced around and had a couple shots.
saturday was amazing because the love my life came into town from new york... KEVIN PERRYMAN. so sunday we had our sunday funday. we went to marche for brunch with amanda lee, scottie, and rachel tyree. then took soooo many pictures and polaroids. then to relax and watch the real housewives of atlanta. then back out to red door east. where we got our drink on. and louisa and sarah a and ryan and peter barbee and everyone came out. then to dinner with bryan brown and heather at rumba. davis and matt brown came out tooo. it was a beautiful day. and i miss him more than ever.
monday was the TSU basketball game (too bad the tigers lost but the dance team was worth it). and then to mat kearney's birthday party. where me and scottie pretty much just danced the whole time. CLUB KEARNEY.
and yesterday i was off work! started the day with breakfast with my mom at fido. then me, adri, and kristen went out to lunch at rosario's for tofu burritos and papaya margaritas. and then i went to fido with daysha! since she's home. but met up with chainsaw and dave there so we went to the flying saucer to get a couple beers. and then to the belcourt with everyone to see eyes wide shut. amazing. back to fido to get some more energy. and me and rachel would were giggle boxes. and then to agave since EMILY is in town. tried to dance. but mostly stood up against the wall with lauren williams, pretending to judge people.
end of the longest blog ever.
so a couple weeks ago, we had a huge dinner party over at my apartment. like there wasn't even enough food to go around... because everyone just brought alcohol. but we did play a lot of games and had a lot of fun, see here:
