(no subject)
Woah!
So much has happened, and it's been donkey's since I updated my journal.
Problem with updating after so long is that you forget all the bits that really pissed you off at the time. And you barely remember anything worth writing.
April - handed in my project dissertation
May - Got the results of my BSc - passed 2:1 - which is what I've been pretty much expecting. YAY! No more lab work! No more lab supervisor!
June - Got a new car. Okay it's a second-hand used car, but FINALLY after MONTHS of searching for the right one (round here, that's one that hasn't been in an accident, hasn't been cut-and-shunted, and wasn't a repaired write-off). Flawless. Except for the colour. A rich metallic purple! Not a fan of purple but I've gotten used to it by now.
July Started final year of medical school! OMG! How stressful! Up at 7am, at hospital by 8am, finish bout 6-ish. And then I have to study as much as possible before bedtime at 11pm (I need my 8 hours!). Plus we;ve had a really hot summer which exacerbated each and every problem.
August Okay back up to speed. We've got 2 weeks summer hols before I head back. One week has flown by already and I didn't do any work. Have two clinical exams when I get back so better start working soon!
Bit short but trying to remember every detail is a bit hard.
Worse thing is b'day tomorrow. Thinking how best I can get away with not having to do anything and stay in all day. Don't feel like celebrating. :(
