Jazz + Blues = awesome
A friend of mine, Brent McPike, recently finished making a music CD. He's a music teacher at ISU, and he's been waiting for this moment for over 20 years. If you go to www.digstation.com, it should be under the Jazz section. The group is called B.G. McPike and The Haute Club, and the name of the CD is "Smooth Landing."
Gotta admit, this is probably the first time I've seen a music CD reference Terre Haute. It's pretty cool. If you like jazz and blues, I'd recommend going to the website and listening to some samples of his music. And, if you happen to like what you hear, by all means buy a copy of the CD! I think you can buy a copy off the website, Headstone and a few other places are also selling it, and he's currently trying to get FYE to sell it as well. All I have to say is, congrats Brent! :D
