Title: Girl Talk
Characters: Hinamori Momo, Matsumoto Rangiku
Location: Rangiku's Room
Timeframe: The Second Night on 'the mission'.

Hinamori peeked around the edge of the turn that would take her to Ran’s room. She knew that she was being silly, but she really wanted to avoid detection. Not that she was worried about what anyone in their small crew was going to think or say or anything like that.
She was in her pajamas.
That being said she was certain that being caught by Hitsugaya in an oversized shirt and shorts that went to her knees would be mildly embarrassing. He would probably not realize that this was her sleeping attire, but she would know.
Thus the sneaking.
When there was no sound or anything else to show that there was anyone in the area, she padded quickly down the cold floor. She had given a lot of thought to her request to talk to the lieutenant of the ship and was fairly certain that even if she chickened out she could, like, convince herself and maybe Ran as well that all she really wanted to do was get to know her fellow crewman better.
Now if only she had thought to bring some sort of snack in order to help the plausibility of her story. Sandwiches at this time of night were out, but she had spied some rather nice looking fruit the other day that she was certain would have gone over well. She mentally shrugged and knocked on the door she had spent the last five minutes using covert means to get to.
Perhaps another time, she decided.
