Bunch of cunts.
Bought a Laptop from them last July, in the first week the f1 key came off the keyboard, I clicked it back on, and thought no more about it until a couple of weeks ago when it came off and the wee rubber separator underneath went flying. So phone up, give details of the problem. Today, 2 weeks later, no email or phone call as promised, despite them claiming I was emailed I phoned up.
To get the key fixed (a 2 minute job costing what 10p) They want me to pay £120 + postage + materials.
Next stop Trading standards and maybe cause a scene and shouting match demanding a full refund in the store.
Guess who is never buying anything from the DSG group ever again and urging everyone else not to.
