I went to the obgyn yesterday- got an exam, and it hurt very badly. I was in tears by the end of it. The doctor said that I could have appendicitis, so she sent me to get MORE bloodwork done and then to go get a CT scan. I went to the emergency room last night at 7:30, and left at about 12 midnight. The pain in my lower abdomen was out of control. I have a history of ovarian cysts (about 3 incidents in the last 3 years) and I am certain that this is another one. They gave me a painkiller last night, it didn't do much, so they gave me morphine.
