Overall I thought this movie was too silly and a bit boring. There are a few laughs but it fell short for me in comedy.

There are a few funny moments but on the whole this film is kind of boring. Michael Cera plays his usual awkward teen role and his group of friends/gay band members were the best part. It had some of the usual teen movie dialogue and plot devices and it's just not as funny and hip as it tries to be.
