[Looking between the woman she had just met and the new man, Rosette quickly assesses the two adults. She turns her attention to the man, deeming him the more dangerous at the moment. Leveling a glare that could kill, she struggles to not hit him in the face.]
Adjusting? Adjusting?!? This is what you call adjusting? And who the heck are you and what do you want?
[She goes for her gun, only to come up short, remembering it isn't there anymore.]
[Rosette looks about at the mess she caused and toes the ground nervously, averting her eyes in embarrassment.]
Yeah...uhm...sorry about the pictures...
[She trails of, unsure of what to say to a man whose house she has just wrecked. And then it dawns on her what he had said, that she was playing the 'daughter' in the household. Now more than a little bit confused, she looks to Spy with a mix of confusion and deviousness on her face.]
Wait a second, if I'm supposed to act as the daughter, what are you supposed to be? The creepy old Uncle or something?
[Rosette understood what he was saying to her, that she was placed into a sort of 'fake' family, but it still unsettled her that even in a fake household, her brother still wasn't with her. She stares at the photo, lost in thought. Her lack of family had never really bothered her until now.]
So your supposed to be like my father and you just choose not to? You have a responsibility, even if you never actually chose it! How can you just neglect your 'family' like that? I mean, I know we aren't really related or anything, but being stuck in this place together makes us like family of a sorts, and you take care of your family. No matter what.
[Rosette assesses Spy again, taking note of his stance, like he was ready to pounce at the slightest movement. He wasn't simply born like that; no, he had developed that alertness after years of finding it necessary. She could understand that, could understand how he had developed specific traits in order to survive. So understanding the root of his aversion to relationships, her feelings of anger directed at him began to fade.
She straightens her stance, her mind made up, and her tone resigned but confident.]
So if we are going to be stuck here for an unknown amount of time, I would appreciate you calling me by my name, which is Rosette, by the way, and not 'fake daughter' or something stupid like that.
[Rosette cautiously extends her hand to meet the Spy's in a gesture of greeting. However, she broke the appearance that they were getting along when she raises her eyebrow questioningly, clearly unsatisfied with his response.]
[Rosette takes in the mess around her and grudgingly admits that it was the right thing to clean up the mess she made of things. But that didn't mean she had to enjoy it. Or that he could just sit back and watch.]
Fine. [She all but growls this out, but quickly smirks evilly at Spy.]

No one wants to be alone, no matter how much you convince yourself that you do.

Spy isn't a name; it's a title.

But only if you help.

[Obviously short-tempered, Rosette lashed out in anger, sending a high kick aimed at his side.]
