thats the wedding band and engagement ring together

and here are the honeymoon pictures, theres a few, so dial up beware.

taken as we were leaving for new orleans (actually hooligans for lunch and then new orleans)

the city of cozamel mexico at sunset

i always thought they photo shopped how blue the water was in the carribean, but i was wrong, it really is that blue

cozamel again
we went snorkeling there, is was amazing. i actually didnt freak out. mostly because i could see my feet. there was this really creepy statue of jesus underwater about 30 feet that we dived to see. it was kinda surreal.

all these next ones were taken of some of the mayan ruins in costa maya mexico. it was hot and we walked a whole hell of a lot. but it was so beautiful and neat.

it stormed a lot, we went very near the tropical storm that was out there, we didnt know until we got back though

they folded towels for us on the boat, it was so cute!

this was our hotel in new orleans, they lost our reservation so they had to put us in their only available room that night, it was the honeymoon suite. we took pictures but before i get to that, there is this;

they had these people staying there from baberally.com. it was apprently a group that you could only pay up to 300 dollars for the inital car and then you decorated it however you wanted. they started in new york and new orleans was their last stop. they go bar hoping and with every shot, put on womens clothing or some such. they were a very interesting group of people

back to our very nice room.

yes it had an actual sauna in the room

and a hot tub

and the room itself was just plain nice

this is mikeys favorite picture. he bought a new fish-eye lens on canal street and this was the picture he took in the shop to demonstrate how wide the picture is.

new orleans

mikey wanted me to say that was our boat (it really wasnt, but he thought it was funny)

the night before that we stayed in this extremely nice bed and breakfast in slidell. we, of course, took pictures of it.

the outside, it used to be an old private school and the family that ran it were super nice

the view from our balcony

and we saw this on the way down and just thought it funny

towel monkey!

a another picture of the rings

and a picture of chicken for good measure

and thats all for now. wedding, reception, and other sundry pictures tomorrow. tell me if the pictures arent showing up. i had to switch to firefox because opera wasnt showing them
