(no subject)
When I had my last review I found out that the days I call in sick count against my absence total even when I have a doctor's note. I'm not sure how they came up with their system, but you need to be out at least three days in a row for it to not count against you. At the very least, that's a system I can take advantage of. I could've gone to work today. I'm still feeling kinda shitty, but I could've muddled through it. But if 2 days count against me, but 3 days don't, why would I kill myself? So I called in sick today. One more day should be enough to get me feeling ok. Even if I'm not entirely better tomorrow, I only have to get through two days of work.
I could get used to this though. I got to watch Saved by the Bell this morning and I'm watching Home Improvement now. Beautiful weather outside too.
