Snuffling

I don't really frequent parenting boards anymore, but I'd love insight from anyone here...Sammy does two things that I can't remember if they are "normal" or not.  First, before he poops, it is preceded with lots of fussing and waiving his arms around and stuff.  His poop is normal for a breastfed baby (i.e. not green) and he doesn't have any other signs of a dairy allergy or something like that  (no eczema, I guess is the main thing).  He just seems to really suffer before he poops and I don't remember the others doing that.  He often does it in his sleep.  I guess his little butt is slightly red, but I've been treating that with corn starch and it seems to be almost completely better.

The other thing is that he seems very snuffly to me.  I don't think he's sick and his nose is clear, but at night, he sounds almost congested.  Again, I don't remember that with the others, although I guess it's not really causing any problems.
