(no subject)
i ordered a pair of these earrings today. i've been waiting for them to be in stock again for at least 2 months now...so im fairly excited. its kind of funny because before i started stretching my ears, i never used to like hoop or hanging earrings. but of course once i started stretching them, i suddenly wanted to wear those style earrings (which doesnt really work, unless you stick them in with your plugs). so when i found these, it was perfect. it says shipping should take 2-5 days, so i could possibly have them by the end of the week. ill put up pictures when i get them....ive been meaning to take pictures of my sunflowers too....they havent flowered yet, but theyre getting sort of tall. not nearly as tall as they would if they were growing in the ground, but i think theyre already taller than the last time i grew some. i only have one per pot this time, and i put those little plant food sticks in the soil, so maybe thats why. im wondering if theyll flower though, because i dont remember it taking this long last time.
i also went to the lake yesterday with my neighbors, and i brought my camera, but the battery ran out after taking one picture. and its of my friend in his water polo speedo. he likes to wear it around. it is the european thing to do...and hes from bosnia, so i guess it makes sense...but he was worried about getting a tan because he used my spf 50 sunscreen. i kind of got a semi-tan. i went canoeing too. i mean, i just sat in the middle of the boat while two other people paddled. but it was fun. id like to go more often i think.
