i walked across the stage this morning, my feet feeling as if they were on fire. not because of any emotion i was feeling regarding my impending matriculation, and also not because of a bad case of athlete's foot. i owe thanks to heels in combination with the trek to the o'connell center this morning for that nice touch. i now have several blisters on my feet, the two biggest being on the ball of my right foot. it is most unpleasant.

i guess the point of this is that, its official...i am a college graduate. with a crap degree that is completely worthless. but still, a college graduate. and i dont even get to keep the hat.
