okay so yesterday i was binging like crazy
today wasnt too bad
i had
paneer -152
kiwi-46
honey bun-200
sugar free pudding-45
2 baby carrots-6
total- 449 calories
so then i did these excersizes that my sister showed me the burn 10 calories per minute. so i did them for 10 mins
and then i did 4 hundred and something situps and walked for a while
man i wish i didnt eat the honey bun =(
i know this isnt all that good and i couldve done A LOT better but im not going to try to bring myself down and im going to do better tomorow!!!!!
i have gymnastics so i'll have to eat something
im not eating breakfast or lunch. when i get home im having baby carrots so that'll be 26 calories or less
then for dinner i'll try not have anything but if i do then i guess ill just have some Hormel's Noodle Rings & Chicken which is 140
so that will be 166 calories =)
i hope i can stick to it
