WHY are so many people running for this hero thing? I can't keep track of all of em'. Besides, who in the hell votes for that anyway? Being a hero is like getting respect, you know! You gotta earn it! Though I guess having some leadership wouldn't be a bad thing, but this all seems really chaotic.  I don't feel comfortable voting for anyone right

[He sounds a little sick, but nothing too noticeable.]

Last time they had these elections, the town rebelled.

[then he notices that it sounds like srs business, but doesn't exactly question it]

They 'rebelled?' What happened?

It poured during the elections, and eventually turned to acid rain. The drones got worked up and started behaving violently.

Whoa, whoa, what?! Acid rain?! I thought you meant the people in the town rebelled, not the environment itself!

That doesn't even make sense!

After walking down the street from my house, and arriving back at it shortly after, you think they don't have the power to control the weather?

No, it's not that, but... why would they do that? Are these elections that big of a deal?

I'm not sure. Whatever the case, don't get involved in the elections, if you know better.

[...] Oh, and don't drink the milk.

Yeah, I don't think I will anyway. I don't even know who to take seriously in all of this, if not all of them are bullshitters.

Eh? What's wrong with the milk?

It's just chatter over the networks and nothing more. [and... pamphlets in his mail S-sobb rome flexing endlessly do not want]

If you want to find out, drink it.

I guess so, but it's the only thing anyone seems to care about right now. People here act like a freakin' hive sometimes.

[feels your pain, gdit Rome.]

No, I'm not a big fan, but... my teammate's got this weird thing where he has to drink 3 bottles of it every day, so I gotta wonder.

Let them have their fun, I suppose. Most won't learn.

Just be sure to warn him, in that case.

Yeah, can't be helped. Humans are just that way.

Well I definitely will. I wonder how he's held up this long?

You're not? [When you phrase it like that....fff]

It's not too terrible--lasting here.

Uh - yes and no? I'm a human, but I'm also kind of superhuman. So sometimes there's a difference.

I was talking about how he's held up after drinking the milk, but come to think of it, you didn't tell me what the problem is with it. How am I supposed to warn him? If I just say "don't drink it" he'll call me an idiot.

But that's good, I guess. I don't really want to find out, though.

Ah, that make sense.

It's not always bad, but after the elections, and a few extra events I'm sure triggered it, the milk man did something to the milk.

Yeah. Just a different vantage point of humanity, really.

Oh, so it's not that you can never drink the milk, you just want to watch out for it during elections.
