Spring Break is over. Went by way way way too fast. Now I'm back at school until Thursday afternoon. What's the point? They should have just given us 2 weeks off. At least next year Easter is in the middle of April and there's somewhat of a distance between spring break and Easter.
Boston with Maria was absolutely fabulous. With my being in Boston twice, I have almost figured out the T, with the exception of the inbound and outbound, but it's all good. We got to Boston around 4:30 and the performance wasn't until 8 so we had oodles of time. We took the T to Symphony so we knew exactly where we were going and then we walked to the Prudential. Made a stop at Jasmine Sole and then to Sephora where I like to play dress-up. We ate at Applebee's and then Maria got Ben & Jerry's and I got Krispy Kreme. Then Kristen and Tony met us at the Prudential. I hadn't seen Kristen since Thanksgiving for a brief 2 minutes so it was awesome to see her. She took us to Newbury Street and then me and Maria walked back to Symphony. The performance was really good and we had good seats. The second movement was my favorite because there was mucho percussion. Then we headed back to the train station and we had to wait an hour for the bus to come. The soft serve place was closed so I was happy with a McFlurry. While we were waiting to leave on the bus, there was this really sketch guy that was driving a Zamboni street cleaner thing that kept staring at us and drove by the window that we were sitting at about 6 times. Glad to leave there.
Met Emma, Liz, and Meg at Panera Saturday morning for lunch. Soooooo good. I miss that place. Then they went with me to work. Work was good. Eric stopped by and it was so busy. I’ve made the conclusion that whenever someone comes in to visit me, the whole world decides to buy ice cream and I can never talk to them. Made $16.50 in tips though. Suhweet. Went to see Ice Princess with Emma and Liz that night. I recommend it. Also started to watch Saw. The end is fucking gruesome....wow.
Carly woke me up Sunday morning and we had lunch and then had an hour and a half to go to Garden City. So we went to Shaw's and then to Circuit City where I bought Napoleon Dynamite with my $20 gift card that I won playing Bingo. Then I took Carly to Ben & Jerry's and she met Derek and had some awesome ice cream. They have 4 new flavors and I love them all....good? Hope I get to work with Derek this summer....that is if Flo will let us....haha. That's about as likely as me working with Emma. Then we headed back to school with my parents at 2 and got back and then unpacked a little and then went to TGIFriday's for dinner. Wicked slow waitress. Now I'm back and one day is already down and 3 more to go. I get to write a paper this weekend though that of course I most likely won't write until Sunday night when I get back to school. I'm looking forward to going on the train on Thursday though. What a dork I am.
Everyone better get their asses to the benefit show that me and Meg rocked at planning. Everything about it will be revealed shortly. Just waiting on one more thing. It's not for a few months but everyone better start preparing. :)
