you guys kill me. yesterday was 98 degrees down here in "hell". ways we keep cool down here are critical.

1: dont drink cold water, cold water does not get absorbed properly, ice cubes will shock the system, and will definitely be no good if you've been working all day. not to mention you get refreshed sooner with ice cold water so you end up not drinking enough water and becoming dehydrated. if it's 98 outside the attic will be waaaaay hotter.

2: sometimes you just cant cool down, this can be rather scarry. one way i've found that works well (other than a full body shower) is sticking your wrists in a bucket of cool water. as you know sliting your wrist if done properly is a great suicide route because of major bloodlines running up and down, by cooling your forearms you blood cools and continues traveling around cooling the rest of the body, if it's real bad a cool washcloth on the neck helps with it.

3: gatorade is real good cause it pumps in the extra things that water cant, i reccomend drinking a 1-3 ratio one gatorade 3 waters, to much gatorade tends to make me a bit shaky at times.

4: grilled chicken breast salads are the way to go for dinner, fuck that cooking nonsense it's too hot for that.

yuppers to your list. I didn't suggest gatorade since too much *is* bad for you and Lemonade is not so bad.

An alternative to grilled chicken breast is boiled chicken breast. You can drop the chicken into pot of seasoned water and just leave it on the stove for 40 minutes, boiling (with a lid). Check on it now and then, but you don't have to stand over the heat as much as grilling.

i reccomend grilled cause summer time is always a great time to bbq.

and gatorade people swear that it's the end all be all but in reality you need to mix with actual water. another fave of mine is an overpriced vitamin water water with electrolytes added.
