I was reading this earlier about cherries as a source of COX-1/2 inhibitors and as a general, NSAID-like pain reliever. Seemed like something you might want to read about. :-)
You're the first person I've run into who understands the reading, TV etc thing. Everyone else asks how I can stand to read when I'm in horrible pain; they don't get that I can't stand NOT to read when I'm in that kind of pain!
OMG. laughed so hard when I read about likening lack of spoons to thacO. I is so right and I'm soooo going to borrow this next gaming session when I get tagged for not paying enough attention on a "bad day".
Can I outright steal the paragraph of "life goes on despite the pain" that you wrote? It's so much better written than I could have and touches on most of the points I find salient.

I think anyone who lives it, gets it. But a lot of people who don't live it can't get it, and that's what this post is mainly about.
