Wonderful Weekend
My weekend was one for the books:)
It started on Friday at 3 when I met Stephanie, Jenny, Thomas, and Dr. McCormic (sp?) in the practice rooms to go over music for us to sing at a GED Ceremony in downtown Detroit! It was absolutely amazing! When we were driving back I talked to Thomas about me quitting offerings and also how I have found out how important communication is in a relationship. We all stopped at Applebeas in Ann Arbor for dinner and were back by 8:30. I then met up with Jess and we went to watch a movie at the dollar theatre at 9:15! We then played a game when we came back and then Saturday came! I cleaned up my room and spent 11 hours with Jess, which was an absolutely amazingly fun time, and I think much needed! She means more to me every day that passes.
On Sunday I went to church and had lunch with Jess and then Jess went to do homework for the day and I came back to my room and decided to rearrange my room, with Brett. It turned out to be an amazing time! I then just sat around all day watching football, talking with my sis here on campus...not my real one, and played indoor soccer! I never would have thought that I would play soccer for fun, but I had a blast and am glad I went to do it! So...I played for just over an hour and then went to lift weights and run on the tredmill for about a half hour!
I feel so much better now that I have been trying to live healthier than what I was and definitely feel so much more comfortable in the newly arranged room!
