GRAMMAR TIME!
ONE OF THE MOST ANNOYING THINGS THE INTERNET HAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION. I fucking HATE how people try to use correct grammar to sound smart on the internet, but instead of using CORRECT grammar, they use it WRONG. If you don't fucking know then don't pretend you do!!!!!!
SMALL GRAMMAR LESSON:
If you post a picture of yourself and someone else it is NOT correct to say "A picture of Sarah and I." Would a caption reading "A picture of I" make any fucking sense? OF COURSE NOT. A picture of yourself and someone else should say "A picture of Sarah and me." Actually, if it's a caption ot damn picture it really only has to say "Sarah and me" because clearly we all realize it's a picture, but that's getting away from the grammar topic and going into the redundancy topic.
If you're saying something about you and someone else going to the store, then you would say "Sarah and I are going to the store." It's actually VERY easy to remember when to use which. When you find yourself confused just ask yourself "how would I say it if I were just talking about myself?"
I am going to the store.
Sarah and I are going to the store.
Would you like to go to the store with me?
Would you like to go to the store with Sarah and me?
I killed someone last night.
Sarah and I killed someone last night.
You see? Very simple.
In other news: It's officially hot spring/summer time BECAUSEEE! I'm just SITTING in my room and SWEATING while eating FUCKING WATERMELON!!!!!! HEAT + WATERMELON= BITTERSWEET.
