Last Call...
Before I submit 30-day notice and start again with the apartment hopping, here's one final attempt to find a roommate. If you or someone you know are looking to move around August 1, let me know.
Here's what I got:
Lakewood area (Alameda & Wadsworth)- 2 level duplex (I offer the whole damn basement w/ your own damn bathroom, ~1,000 sq. ft.)
- Upstairs (common areas): living room, dining room, kitchen.
- Costs (all split 50/50):
- Rent: $1,200
- Electric: $30 summer to $150 winter
- Phone/Broadband: $100
- TV: $0 (I get for free - porn, too, if that's what you're into)
I know it sounds cruel for me to just stick someone in my basement, but reconcile that with the fact that $600 for 1,000 sq. ft. of exclusive living space (plus porn) is kind of unprecedented.
I am looking for someone who simply:
Is financially stable
Can pass a background check
Isn't batshit crazy (hence why I didn't Craig'sList this)
