1. Duplicate Base Twice. Set the bottom layer to SCREEN @ 100% & Set the top layer to SOFT LIGHT @ 100%.

2. Create a New Layer & Fill with #f5e59b. Set to DARKEN @ 100%.

3. Create A New Channel Mixer Layer:

RED
R: 107%
G: 24%
B: -43%

GREEN
R: 6%
G: 87%
B: 12%

BLUE
R: -24%
G: 26%
B: 92%

4. Create A New Color Balance Layer:

Midtones:
-40, 0, 80

Shadows:
-23, 0, 20

Highlights:
-8, 0, -29

5. Duplicate Your Darken Layer & Drag to the top.

6. Create A New Hue/Saturation Layer.

Sautration: +13

7. Paste this texture by
pink_1lady & set to DARKEN @ 100%.

8. Add text. (I used Violation @ 28px)
