Oh, I don't think I give season 4 enough credit. It just reminds me of the introduction of Katherine Mayfair and all I can think of is "yuuuuck". Bahaha. It had great moments, though.
01. Bald Lynette broke my heart. 02. Gah, the ladies scene when they find out about her cancer. Ngl, I love the cheesiness of that scene. 03. The chemo episode was magnificent. My God, Eva has come such a long way as an actress. I always cringed at her "dramatic" scenes but that one with Lynette was perfection. Guess Flicka raises the level of Eva's game. ;) 04. CHARADES!NINJA. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. 05. Stella, we miss youuuu. 06. "Lynette's not here right now. I'm Brandy, the slutty cheerleader." Brandy, we miss you, too! 07. Gah, I forgot about the tree house episode. WHAT EVEN. Once again, this woman is an awesome mother. Awesome. 08. HOW COULD I FORGET THE LINDQUIST SISTERS. Their moments were gold. Sarah Paulson and Carrie Preston were great. I really hope we see them again sometimes in the future. 09. Her scream at the end of the torando episode always gives me the chills. Always. 10. Ida's ashes. D'aw. 11. Oh, the "religion/church" episode is also one of my absolute favorites. Lynette's new found interest/fascination was so endearing and charming. Sigh, what a cutie. 12. AH! THE TOM/RICK FIGHT. Love it. 13. Ugh, evil Kayla sending my bb to jail. Demon child, that one. :( 14. Tom's speech in the season finale. What a guy. He sure has his moments of greatness. 15. 5 YEARS LATER. Till the day of today I have no idea how I feel about the time jump.
Damn, even though it's one of my least favorite seasons I had no idea I had forgotten so much of it. Beautiful spam, m'dear.
It's so sad that they made the tree house their little cancer free zone. Just the look on her face after she climbs down, sigh.
I love Lynette's curiousity and how she asks questions she genuinely seeks the answer to. It was pretty cute.
The time jump messed things up, but not enough for us to stop watching? I don't know, I don't think it was a horrible idea, but I would have rolled with it a little differently. I remember not liking seeing "5 years later" pop up, with those "shocking" moments after. Ugh.
She doesn't really disappoint, that's why. :) Thank you. (Your comments make me happy.)
